Las Brisas families and staff are invited! Doors open at 5pm to enjoy concessions and play games from around the world. Bingo games will start at 6pm.

Admission and 1 bingo book is free! Costs include bingo daubers, raffle tickets, concessions, and VIP seating. Presale is encouraged to help lines run smoothly. Please see below for pricing and presale details.

This is a family fun event presented by Las Brisas PTSA. All children must be accompanied by an adult, no drop-offs.

PRESALE IS CLOSED! Bingo Daubers, Concessions, and Raffle Tickets will be available to purchase at Bingo Night.

Bingo Daubers

Bingo daubers are used to mark off the numbers on your bingo paper as they are called. All daubers are $2.

Dauber options include: Blue, Green, Teal, Red, Burgundy, Fuchsia, Pink, Yellow, Orange, and Purple.

Concessions

Pay in advance with card by purchasing concession tickets during presale. Concessions at the event will be cash only!

Options include: pizza, chips, water bottles, and soda. All items are priced at $1-2.

VIP Table Reservations

Reserve a table for bingo night! All VIP table reservations will include a table cloth, candy, flag, and VIP sign. Each table can fit about 6 people.

Only 32 VIP tables are available to reserve during presale!

Raffle Tickets

Raffle Tickets are needed to enter to win one of our raffle items generously donated by businesses. Raffle Tickets are 5 for $5, 12 for $10, or 25 for $20, and will be available to purchase during presale and at the event.

Favorite Games

This year Las Brisas students will have the opportunity to share their favorite game! ​How it works: students can draw and describe a favorite game, fill out the GAME ON! FAMILY EDITION paper going home with the Bingo Night flyer, and bring it with them to Bingo Night. Upon arrival to Bingo Night students can turn in their paper for a candy and raffle ticket, volunteers will display all student papers in the gym. Bonus: from 5-6pm we will have games from around the world available to play!

If your student misplaces their paper feel free to print a copy! Only 1 submission per student please.

PTSA Volunteers Needed

We are in need of Las Brisas PTSA members willing to help make Bingo Night a success! Volunteer shifts throughout the event are 30 minutes and include helping at concessions and bingo sales. We are also hoping for volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup. Please use the link to signup.

Charitable Giving

Looking to give back? The Charitable Giving Committee is organizing a Clothing Drive for Ann E’s Closet to benefit families in DVUSD. The Clothing Drive starts November 14th at Bingo Night, all who bring a donation can get 1 free raffle ticket. Additional donations can be dropped off until November 22nd. Clothing items needed include seasonal clothing (new and lightly used) or new socks and underwear. Learn more about Ann E's Closet using the links below.
