$100 Classroom Reimbursement
$100 Classroom Reimbursements are intended for supplies purchased for classroom educational purchases. This grant entitles the bearer to a maximum reimbursement of $100 per school year.
Covered expenses may include: classroom supplies, classroom books, teaching materials, student incentives, classroom decor, etc.
$200 Classroom PBL/STEAM Reimbursement
$200 Classroom Project Based Learning (PBL) Reimbursements are intended for materials purchased to support PBL/STEAM in the classroom. This grant entitles the bearer to a maximum reimbursement of $200 per school year.
Grant Details
Las Brisas Teachers that have paid PTSA Membership dues for the current school year qualify for Classroom Grants.
Receipts are required for reimbursement.

Equipment and unused consumables purchased with PTSA Classroom Grants remain property of Las Brisas Elementary.
Classroom Grants may not be used for teacher professional development, gift cards, tokens of appreciation toward classroom visitors or volunteers, or for any other purpose inconsistent with our organization's tax exemption under section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
Reimbursement forms can be submitted throughout the school year, as early as your first contracted day of the school year and no later than May 1st.
Submitting Reimbursement
We have two choices when submitting for Classroom Reimbursement Grants: Digital Reimbursement Form and Print Reimbursement Form. Please select the method that works best for you.
NEW! Digital Reimbursement Form Please submit the Google Form linked below. Pictures of original receipts or electronic receipts are required to process all grants.
Print Reimbursement Form Please turn in the Reimbursement Form along with all receipts to the PTSA counter in the copy room. The Reimbursement form is attached here and paper copies can be found at the PTSA counter in the copy room.
Las Brisas PTSA is pleased to offer mini-grants to assist with funds for special projects, learning concepts, or equipment that support our overall mission. The mini-grant should be requested when no other school funds have been allocated to such a project. Please read through the Grant Request Criteria before submitting the grant application. All requests must be approved by the Principal prior to submission. Once the PTSA Board has reviewed the application, it will be brought to a vote and applicants will be notified by email.

This special grant request is for Las Brisas Teachers that are looking for assistance with funds to benefit students in a classroom, grade level, or school wide. Special Grants must meet the same criteria as shared above.
This new special grant request is for Las Brisas Staff that are not Teachers and would be considered Specialists. This includes Therapists, Counselors, Psychologists, Paraprofessionals, and other specialty fields. Specialist Grants are offered to assist with funds to benefit students and must meet the same criteria as shared above.
